Simple abundance ...
...sufficient for one. Actually, one-and-a-half because my Westie decided he likes roasted beetroot, too.
Selfish me, I'd rather not share.
Mystery peppers, 'Alma Paprika' according to the seed package, but an unexpected colour.

How funny that Piper enjoys beetroot, dogs do eat some unexpected foods. Trilby would turn her nose up at such muck, although she isn't adverse to a bit of bread - especially if she's been able to pinch it without me noticing.
Those greens on your beetroot are amazing, so big and luscious.
Hello, Kathryn. Yes, I was surprised that Piper liked beetroot so much. I only let him eat the golden, though, as I didn't want a Westie with a red beard.
So Trilby likes to nibble on bread -- how cute.
