Yes, Piper's completely ignoring me. He takes his sentry duties very seriously. After all, he must protect the balcony from invading squirrels.

Someone told me a long time ago that dogs' version of heaven surely will allow them to climb trees right after those surprised squirrels! Our new dog is having the time of her life doing the flat-out chase across the farm, but climbing a tree? Oh that would be just the cat's meow. I can just see her grin if that were to suddenly and magically happen! :)
