Mount Cheam on New Year's Day, 2012

I began 2012 in the same place & way I ended 2011: standing on top of Little Mountain, viewing Mount Cheam through a frame of trees. Alone except for Piper. In silence, except for the whooshing of the wind.

Between a grey dawn and dusk, the blue hour of the day.
