We have that same colourless sky a lot at the moment too. I'm not finding it very cheering so it's great to see some bright, bright colors along side it.

Oh, I feel the same way - my eyes get hungry for colour after several days of grey skies.

I've never seen red witch hazel before. Very unique and looks more showy then the yellow witch hazel.

My first encounter with red witch hazel, too. I like it -- makes me think of spices.
